    • The Constitutional Law covers various issues, including the structure and basic principles of the constitution. It also provides an introduction to the protection of human rights.

This course is designed to provide a solid foundation in the constitutional law. It provides an introduction to the principles of Constitution. We will focus on the separation of powers, the scope of executive power, judicial review, and the ability of each branch to check the others. In the course of covering those substantive topics, we will also discuss constitutional interpretation.

Consideration will be given to judicial processes in constitutional cases; judicial review; and the federal courts functioning in the constitutional system.
