The Commercial law course aims to achieve various educational goels, it is a set of lessons directed to first year bachelor's degree students branche 3
This course is divided into 4 axes, and each axis contains simplified lessons so that the student can understand them wich ease

The general objectives of the commercial law course are determined in:
- The student’s knowledge of studying the concept of commercial law.
- Study of all commercial activities specified by the legislator in commercial law.
- Determine who the trader is, and how commercial law applies to him as a trader according to the personal theory.
- Studying the commercial store as a commercial base that is suitable for legal actions. -
In order for the student to be able to study the commercial law course, he must have prior knowledge of the introduction to law course
