This course is designed for foreign second-year students in the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences, and Management, Khemis Miliana University.
It focuses on developing an understanding of public finance (PF)—its nature, scope, and importance. The course introduces the concept of the state budget, including its preparation, execution, and monitoring.
It also examines the main elements of the budget and explores trends related to budgetary policy. To fully understand these topics, students are expected to have a basic knowledge of law, policy, and the general principles of economics, money, and microeconomics.
