Importance of Fourier series:
They represent any periodic function as a sum of simple waves (sine and cosine) and are used in waves, heat, vibrations, and AC electricity.
Role of Fourier’s law:
It describes heat flow from hot to cold and shows that heat transfer depends on the temperature difference and the material.
Difference between Fourier and Laplace transforms:
Fourier transform analyzes frequencies in a signal,
Laplace transform studies system behavior over time, especially transients.
