    This English course is designed for students of commerce departement. It seeks to achieve educational goals through content that we will review later. It is a set of lessons and exercises directed to 1st year master services marketing , prepared in accordance with the ministerial program.

    The chapters of this course have been distributed according to the official decision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research into the following five axes: 

    The first axis: services management

    The second  axis: sales management force

    The third  axis: marketing strategy & plan

    The fourth  axis: marketing communication

    The fifth axis: BRANDING

    Each axis contains a series of simple and brief lessons supported by many examples, in order to alleviate the difficulties facing students in achieving a better understanding of this course, which is summarized in the following map:
