- General handling techniques;
- Techniques for estimating microbial populations;
- Techniques for microbial analysis and identification. -
1. Basic manipulation methods (General manipulation techniques) :
- Materials and culture media
- General culture techniques.
2. Microbiological Control Policy:
- Microbiological Quality
- Microbiological Control Policy (Control Levels, Frequency of Controls, Parameters to be Controlled, Control Methods, Sampling)
3. Techniques for estimating microbial populations :
- Counting techniques (Numeration techniques).
- Biomass quantity estimation techniques
4. Microbial study and identification techniques :
- Microscopic study.
- Biochemical and physiological study.
- Immunological study.
