Individuals must also display civil sense and cooperate with various security agencies, by reporting the activity of criminal networks and drug dealers, so that they can neutralize them, and thus reduce the number of their victims. Also, more attention must be paid to young people and listening to their concerns. And providing them with the necessary facilities to spend their leisure time, in the hope of preventing them from falling into drug abuse and addiction.
