The aim of this course is to provide students with the linguistic tools to improve their written and oral communication skills in English, according to the scientific research that they perform. Emphasis will be on the essential grammar and stylistic patterns for the appropriate writing of scientific related documents.
Students will be exposed to a series of scientific talks and articles. Analysis and discussion of style, grammar and pronunciation issues and difficulties will be followed using a series of exercises and tasks.
